I spent almost 20 years with gut symptoms nobody could explain. Chronic bloating, constipation, brain fog. Every doctor ran the same tests. Every result came back "normal."
When I trained as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and ran functional labs on myself, I found what standard medicine had missed for two decades: a parasite, bacterial overgrowths, cortisol dysregulation, and nutrient depletions that explained everything.
I started pooping every day. I could eat without fear. I went on holiday without a pharmacy in my bag.
Now I help other women do the same through root cause healing designed specifically for your body. Because you weren't born bloated.
We look at your case together: your history, your symptoms and everything you’ve already tried. You’ll leave knowing where your chain most likely broke, which step comes first for your body, and what to stop taking for now. If it’s a fit, I’ll show you where to start.
Most of what you tried probably wasn’t wrong. It was a reasonable step taken before the one it depended on, so it did nothing. A probiotic in a gut that isn’t moving ferments. Magnesium in a gut with no stomach acid doesn’t absorb. The audit finds where your chain broke, so each step comes in the order your body can use it.
A lot of the women I work with have. Most root-cause work still ends in a list of supplements and protocols. What I look at is the order: which link broke first, and what has to be working before the next step can do its job. If there isn’t a clear place to start for you, you’ll know that on the call.
Stress is real, and your nervous system is one of the links in the chain. It decides whether digestion gets to happen at all. But it’s rarely the only link that broke, which is why calming your nervous system on its own usually doesn’t fix your gut.
Constipation, diarrhea, bloating, reflux and histamine reactions on your skin are different exits from the same chain. Whichever way your gut is failing, I’ve worked with a woman whose gut failed the same way.
By the 90-day mark, most women feel a significant difference. The first links in the chain are working again, and the bloating, the bathroom planning and the fear around food start to ease. The programme runs 6 months because feeling better isn’t the same as staying better. The second half is where we finish the sequence and build the systems that keep your gut from sliding back, so you know what to do if a link ever starts to slip. You’ll have monthly one-to-one calls with me and daily WhatsApp support the whole way through.
No. The plan is a sequence, not a supplement list. Part of the work is deciding what to stop taking, because some of what’s in your cupboard is a step your body isn’t ready for yet.
No. For many women, restriction has become its own problem: a shrinking list of safe foods and a fear of eating that never lifts. Cutting foods out manages the reaction. The aim is to rebuild your gut so that eating out, travelling and saying yes to dinner stop being things you plan around.
